P0700

Transmission Control System Malfunction (MIL Request)

MED SEVERITY

A generic flag that the PDK transmission control unit has stored one or more of its own fault codes and requested the check-engine light. P0700 itself carries no detail — a Porsche-capable tool (PIWIS/Durametric) reads the manufacturer sub-code that identifies the actual fault.
