The throttle position sensor signal is stuck high. On the drive-by-wire 981 this can trigger limp / reduced power.

- Reduced power / limp mode
- Erratic idle
- Poor throttle response

- Failed throttle body/TPS
- Wiring short to power
- Connector fault

- Read TPS voltage vs pedal
- Check wiring
- Inspect/replace the throttle body
